New Car Sales Manager

Job Description Crown Honda of Southpoint, a subsidiary of Asbury Automotive Group, is currently looking for an Experienced New Car Sales Manager . We want a driven, high‑energy Sales Manager with high‑volume dealership experience to support our sales staff and help build the brand. Job Responsibilities Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and bridge disconnects in the sales process Build rapport with customers to develop a base of referrals to establish a customer network Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales Help manage all other aspects of the sales department Desk deals, track gross logs and RDR cars Work with used car managers on appraisals and lease returns Job Qualifications Prior sales leadership – dealership experience required Ability to create and maintain customer relationships Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, locates) Must understand inventory control – 60‑day turn policy Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.s to maximize deal potential Deal with local and national vendors and manufacturer representatives Full‑Time Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance available 401(k) retirement Flexible medical spending accounts Supplemental life insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability packages Paid vacation time off after 90 days Promotions from within Paid training Additional Information Contact Person: Mark Clapp #J-18808-Ljbffr
