Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Perform high-quality TIG welding on small parts for aerospace and defense products; Read and interpret welding symbols and technical drawings to ensure accurate weld placement; Inspect welds visually and functionally to verify quality and conformance to requirements; Support fabrication activities related to welding, including fitting, tacking, and basic preparation of parts; Stand for the majority of the shift and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
