Must possess problem-solving skills. Demonstrate warm and welcoming demeanor. Exhibit leadership skills and critical thinking abilities. Description: This is a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced severe injuries or illnesses. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Customized, intense rehabilitation is offered, tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. The aim is to maximize health, function, and quality of life for the patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. The facility is accredited for its comprehensive integrated inpatient rehabilitation program and specialty programs. There is a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:7. Common diagnoses treated include stroke, amputation, and major surgeries. Experience with IV pumps, EKG machines, and medication dispensing systems is beneficial. The electronic health record system in use includes Cerner and Epic.
