Warehouse Clerk

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team in Lake Suzy, FL on a day shift (8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday). Land 'N Sea Distributing is a full‑service wholesale distributor in the marine and RV industries serving the U.S., Canada, and over 60 other countries. Essential Functions Operate forklift or hand truck to move, convey, or hoist equipment and parts throughout the warehouse. Comply with all quality standards and company policies. Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning equipment and performing safety inspections. Accurately pick, pack, and ship parts to support quick turnaround. Fill orders by identifying correct parts and proper quantities. Determine shipment methods and pack accordingly. Count, weigh, measure, or examine packaging to ensure conformance to specifications. Receive and unpack merchandise, verify delivery accuracy, and perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading. Confirm proper location of merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain organization and cleanliness in the production area. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Dependable attendance and teamwork skills. Prior forklift certification or willingness to become certified. Basic computer skills. Prior warehouse experience is a plus. Working Conditions The employee frequently stands, walks, bends, stoops, balances, and uses arms and hands to reach, pull, push, clasp, and move materials. Walkways are concrete and/or metal grating. The employee may need to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently. The environment can be hot, cold, or dusty, and exposure to high or precarious places may occur. Compensation and Benefits The anticipated pay range is $16.00 – $21.00 per hour. Base pay depends on qualifications, experience, business needs, and location.
