Sterile Processing Technician, Sterile Processor Experience: 2 years Certifications: CERT-IAHCSMM/HSPA-CRCST(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 12 months # of beds, EMR, and facility type for each facility noted in the work history RTO at time of Submission CRCST required Pediatrics and Endoscope reprocessing, level 1 trauma
