Healthcare Quality & Performance Improvement Coordinator

Responsibilities The Performance Improvement Coordinator assists the director with coordination, development, and implementation of the quality/performance improvement program for Cedar Ridge and Bethany. The role includes coordinating notifications to leadership, receiving data and reports, preparing for Quality/Performance Improvement meetings, taking meeting minutes as assigned, providing educational support to all facility departments regarding quality improvement, accreditation standards, regulatory standards, participating in routine and regulatory chart audits, assisting in monitoring regulatory compliance, maintaining readiness for audits, and supporting risk‑management functions as needed. Position located at Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital, UHS facility.
