This role ensures smooth coordination between logistics, supply chain, warehousing, and vendor management, maintaining optimal efficiency and cost control. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong organizational skills, experience in import/export operations, and a solid understanding of purchasing procedures for manufacturing or distribution environments. *Key Responsibilities* *Operations Management* * Oversee day-to-day operational activities including logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse coordination. * Streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain service quality. * Manage and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs and import/export regulations. * Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational KPIs. * Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting, and Marketing teams to align operations with business goals. *Purchasing & Supply Chain Management* * Lead all purchasing activities for materials, finished goods, and operational supplies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement and reliability of supply. * Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and production requirements. * Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delays, or shortages. * Coordinate import documentation, shipping schedules, and customs clearance. *Financial & Administrative Oversight* * Prepare and manage operational budgets, purchase orders, and cost analyses. * Support management in financial forecasting and inventory valuation. * Oversee vendor billing accuracy and coordinate with accounting for payment approvals. *Team Leadership & Compliance* * Supervise warehouse and logistics staff to ensure adherence to operational standards. * Implement and maintain systems for safety, compliance, and efficiency. * Support company-wide initiatives for continuous improvement. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in operations or purchasing management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, or film-related industries. * Proven track record in vendor negotiations, cost management, and logistics coordination. * Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures. * Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail. *Why Join Rayno* At Rayno, we innovate beyond surface protection, combining cutting-edge nanotechnology with design excellence. xmcpwfu Join a passionate, fast-paced team driving global expansion in premium window and paint protection films.
