Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

Minimum Requirements

• Must have state license to apply
• 6 months pharmacist experience preferred
• Graduate of school of pharmacy: required
• Retail pharmacy experience required
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice: required
• All licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a pharmacist at the state level: required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS): required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): required

Location Highlights

Ukiah sits in Mendocino County along U.S. Route 101, about 60 miles south of Mendocino National Forest and about 115 miles north of San Francisco, offering access to both outdoor recreation and regional city travel. Lake Mendocino is about 10 miles north of downtown and provides boating, fishing, and hiking, while the City of Ten Thousand Buddhas is located in Ukiah and is one of the area's best-known cultural landmarks.
