Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $30-40/hour depending on experience (overtime at 1.5x)
- Performance Bonus: Strong performers can add $15k–$30k+ annually through our installed job bonus program
- Company Truck + Fuel Card
- Benefits package including 401(k) with match, 2 weeks PTO, and tool support
Total earning potential: $80k–$110k+ depending on performance.
About the Role
- Lead our HVAC installation crew on residential and multi-family projects
- Oversee quality, safety, and efficiency
- Help shape our expanding service department
- Direct input on processes and growth (your voice matters here)
What We’re Looking For
- MA/RI Journeyman HVAC license (or strong path to licensing)
- 5+ years of field installation experience with leadership/foreman background
- Clean driving record
- Pride in quality work and customer service
- Experience with mini-splits, heat pumps, and multi-family is a plus
