Klein Products is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Utility Helper. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace, and is willing to support various departments as needed. If you're motivated, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Move, handle, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Perform general cleanup of work areas, machinery, and equipment.
• Sweep floors, empty trash, clean workspaces, restrooms, and common areas.
• Operate small hand tools and assist in shop operations as assigned.
• Support production and other departments with general labor tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
