We’re hiring multiple specialists in Madison, WI to maintain and repair high-speed print-finishing and packaging equipment. • Diagnose, repair, and fine-tune print-finishing machinery used for die cutting, foil stamping, folding, gluing, laminating, coating, and automated assembly.
• Execute preventive maintenance routines—lubrication, adjustments, and mechanical repairs—to maximize uptime.
• Tackle basic electrical troubleshooting to quickly resolve faults and keep production moving.
• Support equipment installs and upgrades; perform minor welding and light fabrication as needed.

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance or machine repair experience.
• Hands-on mechanical or electrical troubleshooting capability (required).
• Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting; experience in packaging environments.

• Background with printing, print finishing, packaging, converting, or flexographic equipment.
• Deeper electrical troubleshooting experience.
• PLC or other programming exposure.

• $60,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
