Job Overview Position: Site Medical Director (Full‑Time) Location: Henning, TN – Women's Therapeutic Residential Center Salary: $20,000 retention bonus with compensation starting at $301,000+. Responsibilities The Medical Director will provide clinical direction to meet service delivery requirements, direct patient care services, and supervise medical staff at the site under the guidance of the Statewide Medical Director. The role includes collaborating with the Health Services Administrator to ensure efficient, clinically appropriate care and participating in committees such as Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), Infection Prevention and Control, and Pharmacy and Therapeutics as needed.
