Job Description This role provides phone‑based services for relationship jobs, handling multiple inbound service calls daily to solve financial needs. The representative serves as a central entry point into a fully licensed financial services career, referring clients to specialized sales teams and ensuring clients receive needs‑based solutions. Responsibilities Identifies clients’ needs and finds proper solutions by referring sales opportunities to specialist and sales teams. Focuses daily on service to sales with existing Merrill clients. Provides exceptional client care, grows client relationships, and guides clients with needs‑based solutions that support financial goals. Required Qualifications Client‑focused with a passion for excellence and a positive team attitude. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑moving, performance‑based environment. Effective communicator with an aptitude for sales and relationship management. Strong computer skills. Prepared to pass licensing exams – Security Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 and Series 66.
