Position Summary The Finance team plays a critical role in driving the company’s profitability through strategic cost-saving initiatives, rigorous budget control, and investment optimization. We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is eager to learn and can grow into a professional capable of delivering high-quality financial insights and maintaining operational excellence to support informed executive decision-making, even in challenging market environments. Role And Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Perform financial forecasting, annual business planning, and rolling plans, while conducting variance analysis and account reconciliation to support strategic decision‑making. Execute the monthly P&L closing process and assist in period‑end closings (month, quarter, and year) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and research, specifically regarding financial performance and cost‑saving measures. Participate in the annual budgeting process and cost‑saving activities in coordination with various team leaders. Provide essential business information and generate ad‑hoc reports as requested by management. Support the preparation of materials for various management reviews and meetings. Skills And Qualifications Here’s what you’ll need: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university. Certification: CPA or CFA certification is highly preferred. Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in advanced financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non‑finance stakeholders. The current base salary range for this role is between $84,000- $135,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
