More:

At Zero Homes, we work to rebuild American communities through healthy, affordable homes. We are creating a home-upgrade marketplace that makes projects simpler and more transparent by managing design, quoting, procurement, and customer service so contractors can focus on delivering work. Our vision is to help homeowners and contractors across all 50 states complete thousands of projects each week within 36 months. We value ownership, speed and clarity, customer and contractor focus, and teamwork. This junior engineering opportunity is for someone seeking rapid learning and growth at an early-stage company led by experienced climate-tech professionals. Our small teams build products such as a CAD application for HVAC and energy-efficiency projects, a refreshed website, and web apps for contractors and utilities. We use Nuxt, TypeScript, and Tailwind, but prior experience with the full stack is not expected. Our working approach emphasizes deep, sustainable productivity, few standing meetings, effective in-person collaboration, and flexibility for personal life. We expect employees to work in the office at least Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with flexible hours. Benefits include meaningful equity, an optional annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off and sick days, a workstation stipend, and an office with espresso and tea. We encourage applications even if candidates do not meet every listed criterion and are committed to an inclusive, accessible candidate experience.
