Tech - MLT/Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist

Job Summary:
Perform clinical laboratory testing as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist to support diagnostic accuracy and patient care. Work every other weekend with potential to shift to every third weekend, and assist during major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a variety of complex laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow strict safety and quality control protocols to meet regulatory standards.
• Document all test results accurately and promptly in the laboratory information system.
• Collaborate with laboratory team members to ensure timely processing of specimens.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist certification.
• Possess prior experience working in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend and major holidays.
