We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Roanoke, Virginia for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional performance
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
