As a Direct Care Assistant Manager in Chandler, Arizona, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise/provide compassionate and personalized care, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to thrive in their daily activities. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in direct care or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer/Supervise medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
