Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key projects from start to finish for a company based in the storage sector. You'll oversee redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds, and mixed-use schemes — all delivered on time and on budget. Package £40,000 base salary. £50,000 – £70,000 OTE with Project Completion Bonus. Employee discount for friends and family. Internal progression opportunities. Free on-site parking. Candidate Specification You’ll have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis. QS skills are a bonus. A RICS qualification is nice to have, but not essential — we care more about what you can deliver. Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management. Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings. Experience leading projects from cradle to grave. Responsibilities Lead projects from inception through completion, keeping everything on time and within budget. Coordinate our internal team, suppliers, and contractors to make sure work runs smoothly. Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs, with solid plans for stakeholders. Manage resources and track progress across all projects. Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and cost variations with solid verification techniques. Report performance to management, flag issues early, and keep all parties in the loop. You’ll report directly to the Managing Director and get hands-on experience across every aspect of self-storage development.
