Restaurant Shift Leaders play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. You will assist in leading staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Job Functions Ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained kitchen, and adherence to proper food safety procedures. Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting. Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and maximizing customer service expectations. Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas, and ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained. Skills and Requirements Ability to work various shifts. Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Frequent lifting/moving of items weighing 50 pounds or more.
