- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842, and SEC reporting.
- Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams while driving process improvements.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Lawson, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Contribute to ERP system implementation and develop accounting policies that improve efficiency and compliance.
