Managing the daily operations of the Member Services team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Member Services Supervisor will oversee staff performance, ensure high customer satisfaction, and implement training and development initiatives in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and manage attendance of the Member Services team Track performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to enhance team productivity Ensure compliance with company policies and address escalated customer issues effectively Required qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of customer service experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred Experience in healthcare, call center, or corporate office settings Knowledge of medical terminology and prior remote work experience Proficiency with contact center software and tools
