The Night Ministry
The Night Ministry seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality medical care through a harm‑reduction framework to homeless and underserved populations. Working across Street Medicine, Health Outreach Bus, CTA outreach, shelters and youth programs, you will connect clients to ongoing primary and specialty care and community services. You will perform focused assessments, treat acute and chronic conditions in mobile settings, initiate MAT and other treatments, provide vaccines and health #J-18808-Ljbffr The Night Ministry
