Join a growing manufacturing team painting and finishing aerial lift equipment with a 4-day work week, overtime opportunities, and long-term career potential.Job Details:Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; 48 hours guaranteed per weekOvertime available Friday and SaturdayPay: $21–$28/hour DOEContract-to-HireFlexible to work 1st shift now and potentially transition to 2nd shift in the futureKey Responsibilities:Prepare equipment surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and primingApply paint and finish coats using spray equipmentPerform touch-up work and correct imperfections as neededInspect finished products for quality and consistencyClean and maintain painting equipment and work areasFollow safety and quality standards throughout the painting processRequirements:2-3 years of experience in an automotive or industrial painting roleComfortable using spray guns, sanders, grinders, and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and pride in producing quality workAbility to follow instructions and safety proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and primingPaint mixing and color matching (preferred)Paint booth or spray painting experience (preferred)Trillium Technical has been recruiting and placing Engineering professionals for over 30 years.
