Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 12-15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in PA only Fellowship: Preferred Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 2 Monday through Friday office hours 8-4 Possibly travel two days per week to outlying office for office hours 8-4 (30 min from main campus)not necessary for all providers. Hospital rounds/consults to be completed daily on the assigned weeks Hospital rounds/consults on Saturday and Sunday on assigned weekends (4 hours per day of onsite work) Overseeing APPs Call after hours; there may be need to answer to clinic critical values or urgent patient matters outside of that 8-4 time range. No need to return in person to clinic or hospital. No hospital admissions, we are a consulting service only Locums-to-Perm candidates highly favored Highlights: The practice recently relocated to a modern building with a number of medical practices and services. With a nurse navigator program, multiple tumor boards and radiation oncology nearby, the practice offers the full spectrum of cancer care. Staffing includes: 6 Infusion RNs for 16 chairs 3 RN navigators 2 RN oral chemo navigators 1 inpatient APP for hospital patients 1 outpatient APP for office patients 3 MOAs to room patients Requirements: BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist Active PA license Pennsylvania requires every provider to complete hours of Mandated Reporter Child Abuse Recognition training, and 4 hours of Pain Management and Opioid Prescribing Practice education
