Job Title: Foundry Laborer
Location : Saint Cloud, MN
Compensation: $21.10 - $23.90 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Foundry Laborers for a metal manufacturing / foundry company in Saint Cloud, MN. In this role, you'll support furnace and melt operations that are critical to producing high-quality metal products in a safety-focused environment. What You'll Do as a Foundry Laborer:

• Perform pressure pour tender duties, converter truck driving, and additional melt tasks as required
• Assist melter and assistant melter with furnace operations, operational maintenance, and deslagging
• Help perform refractory repairs on furnaces, ladles, spouts, and related equipment
• Assist during furnace coil changes and refractory relines
• Operate cranes to meet production requirements
• Monitor quality, mechanical, or delay issues and notify supervisors as needed
• Use downtime productively by completing housekeeping and area improvement tasks

What You Need to Bring to the Foundry Laborer Role:

• Ability to work in extreme heat and industrial foundry conditions
• Willingness and ability to wear all required PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for an entire shift
• Reliable attendance in compliance with company guidelines
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Previous foundry or melt experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
