Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans. \n
- Deliver individual therapy sessions, employing tailored therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or trauma-informed care to facilitate personal growth and healing. \n
- Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting interventions as necessary. \n
- Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges. \n
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to enhance your skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques. \n
You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize with clients and build trusting relationships. \n
- An attitude of compassion and non-judgment that fosters a safe space for clients to share their experiences. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and client appointments. \n
While not mandatory, preference will be given to therapists with prior experience in a community health setting or those who have worked with specific populations, including but not limited to veterans, at-risk youth, or individuals experiencing chronic mental health issues. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is a plus, as we provide our services through secure virtual sessions.
Compensation and Benefits\nWe offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, depending on experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
