Office Concierge

Location: Downtown Los Angeles – Chinatown Pay Rate: $25–27/hour Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00/8:30 AM start, 5 hours/day; occasional Fridays as needed Duration: Temporary with potential for temp-to-hire Start Date: ASAP Parking: Included Position Overview Our client is seeking a professional and service-oriented Office Concierge to help create a welcoming, polished workplace experience for employees, executives, clients, and visitors. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, has strong attention to detail, and takes initiative in keeping an office running smoothly. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome Deliver a high level of hospitality and proactively respond to employee and executive needs Prepare morning beverages, light breakfast, and refreshments Coordinate catering, food orders, meeting setups, and conference room arrangements Keep reception, kitchens, conference rooms, and common areas organized and presentation-ready Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, grocery, and hospitality supplies Manage conference room scheduling and ensure spaces are properly prepared before meetings Coordinate mail, couriers, building access, and basic facilities needs Communicate with building management regarding maintenance, security, and access issues Assist with office events, employee celebrations, gifts, and other workplace initiatives Identify opportunities to improve the overall employee and guest experience Provide general administrative and office support as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, office coordination, workplace experience, or a similar role Background in luxury hotels, upscale hospitality, or corporate environments strongly preferred Professional, personable, highly organized, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesIli> Proactive and willing to assist wherever needed Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring.
