About the Role: We are seeking a highly proactive, hands-on Facilities Manager to lead the development, operations, and continuous improvement of Castelion's new 1,000-acre site in New Mexico. This role is critical to enabling safe, reliable, and scalable operations across engineering, manufacturing, and office environments. You will serve as the primary owner of the facility, balancing immediate operational needs with long-term site development as the company rapidly grows. This is a ground-up opportunity: the site is in early stages, and success will require building structure from ambiguity. You will establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), develop maintenance and facilities systems, and drive prioritization across competing demands. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong operational discipline, and is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining a high bar for safety and execution.
