Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Overview Pay range: $25-$30 per hour (based on certification, education, and experience) We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide home-based ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the RBT is responsible for implementing specific treatment plans designed to address the child’s needs for behavioral management, social skills, daily living, and community skills. For this location we require applicants to have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician with an active certification. This is not an entry level position. Responsibilities Implement treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a home setting, under BCBA supervision. Manage and assess behavioral goals, and work collaboratively with families and team members to support therapeutic progress. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience with children that have disabilities Active Registered Behavior Technician or Board Certified Autism Technician certification Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to one hour from your residence to provide services to clients, if applicable Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job which may include periods of sitting and standing as needed Benefits Competitive compensation based on certification, education, and experience Flexible schedules BCBA supervision for all RBTs Part time hours Additional Information Male RBT needed!
