Job Description MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU – Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Petoskey, Michigan. Specialty: PCU – Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment type: Travel Responsibilities Assess patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition; utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care. Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions. Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education. Re‑vise and document the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions. Qualifications Active RN License. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS Certifications. At least eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step‑down setting.
