IMMEDIATELY HIRING!

Seeking to hire for this immediate opening for General Production Workers for this FULL TIME job opportunity. This role supports a high-volume manufacturing operation by loading and threading raw materials, operating production machinery, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. You will work on a structured shift schedule in a large, temperature-controlled facility and contribute directly to the efficient and safe production of fabric-based products. Responsibilities

• Clean and load cereals into production equipment according to established procedures.
• Thread raw materials from the cereal area to the weaving equipment, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
• Operate manufacturing and machine equipment safely and efficiently during assigned shift.
• Perform visual inspections to confirm all materials are properly placed and products meet quality standards.
• Identify and report flaws or defects in products and materials to the appropriate personnel.
• Unload finished products from machines and transport them to designated areas within the facility or warehouse.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adapt to changing production needs, including performing general labor tasks as required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of QUAKERTOWN, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
