Overview Endodontic Dental Assistant Eastern Shore Endodontics Our specialty endodontic practice is committed to clinical excellence and creating a supportive, patient focused environment. We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our doctors to support advanced endodontic procedures, ensure a seamless patient experience, and help maintain an efficient and organized clinical environment. Schedule: Full Time Responsibilities Provide chairside support during endodontic procedures including assisting and maintaining clear communication with the provider Prepare and break down operatories before and after each procedure Take and process dental radiographs with accuracy and attention to detail Educate patients on treatment procedures, post operative care, and oral hygiene Deliver a warm and professional patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and clinical documentation Follow all sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all workplace and regulatory guidelines Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Dental Radiology certification 1+ years of Dental assisting experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical setting We Offer Competitive Compensation Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
