Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' speech, language, and cognitive-communication abilities to determine therapy needs.
  
  
• 
  Develop and implement personalized therapy plans focused on improving communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and family members on exercises and strategies to support therapy goals.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to facility policies regarding identification and staff credentials.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification.
  
  
• 
  Possess relevant clinical experience in speech therapy.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and infection control certifications.
  
  
• 
  Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
