Title: Production Associate - Mat Roller - 2nd Shift Location: Nampa, ID, 83687 Requisition Number: 228718 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Mat Roller for the Rental Division. The Mat Roller evaluates the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely places them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintains the cleanliness of the work area. The Mat Roller then sorts and places the rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery. This position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure; the Mat Roller must meet or exceed a production standard for rolling mats, and additional compensation (higher hourly pay) is tied to exceeding production standards. Skills / Qualifications Job Expectations and Eligibility Factors: Must be authorized to work in the US. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must adhere to attendance policy. Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time. Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly. Physical Qualifications: Requires standing most of shift. Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of shift.
