Bellava MedAesthetics & Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team in Bedford Hills, NY.

Front Desk MedSpa & Plastic Surgery Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scheduling appointments and managing the patient calendar
• Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
• Assisting with plastic surgery administrative coordination
• Patient follow-up and appointment confirmations
• Maintaining accurate patient information
• Supporting the clinical and administrative team as needed
• Providing an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through treatment

• Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities
• Interested in medical aesthetics and plastic surgery
• Eager to learn new softwares and about treatments & services
• Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Schedule

Monday - Thursday
Mon & Thurs: 9am - 7pm
Tues & Wed: 9 am - 5 pm
36 hours/wk

This position has the opportunity for additional hours, responsibilities, and growth as the position develops.
