Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: To ensure guest satisfaction, the hospitality lodging staff will be responsible for registering guests, making and modifying reservations, cleaning rooms and concierge duties. Individuals must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.

ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Booking arrival and departures. Managing and scheduling of housekeeping and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel/lodge. Deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby and/or lodge lobby functions; including the coffee service and nightly concierge events, meeting rooms and event spaces. Greet Hotel guest and assist guest at all levels during their stay. Completing all duties and responsibilities required based on standard/policies taught during training.

SECONDARY DUTIES: Responsibilities vary by job description and shift, may include but not limited to the following. Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Deep cleaning of the assigned areas which may include, lobby, event and meeting spaces, rooms, and restrooms. Scheduling and managing staff. Setting up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including coffee service and nightly concierge events. Cleaning up and setting up meeting room functions and event spaces. Answering phones, booking reservations, confirming reservations. Checking guests in and out of rooms.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Skill level and education varies depending on specific job. Experience will vary on the specific position, also on the job training will required for candidates.

COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask without direct supervision. Computer skills.
