Data Scientist

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in developing marketing models and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. This role will focus on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced predictive and marketing models to support business objectives.
• Build and deploy NLP-based solutions for text analytics, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop scalable algorithms and maintain model performance through continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python , R , or similar programming languages.
• Expertise in machine learning , predictive modeling , and NLP techniques (e.g., text classification, topic modeling, embeddings).
• Experience with marketing analytics and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
