Job Title : Lead Financial Analyst

Duration : 03 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)

Location : Remote role in the USA only.

Pay Range : ($40-$45) hourly

Position Summary :

• Seeking a Lead Financial Analyst with strong IFRS 17 and insurance industry experience to support financial reporting, consolidation, and FP&A activities.
• This role will partner with finance and accounting teams to deliver accurate reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic insights

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Financial Reporting
• Strong IFRS 17 and financial consolidation experience
• Experience in preparing and reviewing accounting journal entries
• Background in insurance, life insurance, or financial services
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Consolidate and analyze IFRS 17 financial results
• Prepare and report consolidated financial results to the Holding Company
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and post accounting journal entries
• Partner with finance, accounting, and business teams on reporting activities
• Drive process improvements and support strategic finance initiatives
