About the Role: Circular Services is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Procurement and Commodity Sales teams from our Bloomington, IL office. This is an administrative and customer service-focused role rather than a direct sales position. Once recycled material has been procured from a supplier and sold to an end-user, the Sales Coordinator manages the customer service and logistics process, including coordinating pickup and delivery, entering load information into our record-keeping software, and ensuring customers, suppliers, and transportation partners receive accurate information and documentation. The role also supports reporting, data entry, audits, research, and process-improvement projects that help strengthen service and operational performance. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. Dependable with consistent attendance and follow-through. Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in urgent situations.
