Tryfacta is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our client in Oxford, NC 27565. This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Oxford, NC 27565

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: 5 x 8-Hour Day Shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to patients.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic treatment environment.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current and active PTA license in North Carolina (or compact eligibility, if applicable).
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care setting is preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (if required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
