Olympic Plumbing Technology of  Olympia, WA is looking to hire a Full-time  Dispatcher . Are you great on the phone? A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER
As a Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency, while focusing on maximizing revenue without compromising customer service. Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to plumbing technicians.

You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as prioritize emergency calls and high revenue-generating opportunities, and track time and efficiency for our plumbing technicians. You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track.
Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments. You feel good about ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

DISPATCHER QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant dispatching experience in service industry (Preferably Plumbing)
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Customer service skills

Familiarity with the plumbing trade would be a plus, but we will train the right person!  Service industry-related experience and knowledge of Service Titan would also be preferred. Are you dependable? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication skills, both verbal and written? Are you attentive to detail? Are you friendly and patient? If so, you may be perfect for this dispatch position!
