Mortgage Processor

To ensure accurate and timely loan processing, the full-time Mortgage Processor will review, prepare, and verify loan documentation while coordinating with loan originators, borrowers, and third-party vendors in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage a pipeline of at least 25 loans monthly, ensuring efficient processing and timely closings Review new loan files for accuracy and completeness within 48 business hours and act as a liaison to resolve loan-related issues Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while preparing and distributing pipeline and aging reports Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education required Minimum one year of mortgage processing experience required Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experience with Encompass or similar loan origination software Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
