Clinical Specialist (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

Stryker seeks a Clinical Specialist to support Mako Robotic-Arm Assisted Surgery procedures across Puerto Rico. The role involves providing clinical and technical guidance during joint replacement surgeries, training surgical teams, and managing product implementation at hospital sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical and technical support during joint replacement procedures using Mako Robotic System
• Guide surgeons and OR staff in robotic-arm operation and associated surgical instruments
• Prepare pre-operative CT scans using proprietary software for implant planning and positioning
• Conduct product education and in-service training sessions for surgical teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions to support surgical cases

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent in Surgical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare field
• Professional experience in hospital and surgical environments
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher
• Availability to travel throughout Puerto Rico with flexible scheduling
• University degree in Nursing, Surgical Technology, or healthcare discipline (preferred)
• Clinical or technical support experience in operating rooms (preferred)
• Experience with medical devices or orthopedic procedures (preferred)

Compensation: $59,900-$83,300 USD annual
