Dual Hotel Chief Engineer – Hampton Inn & Suites Happy Valley Phoenix North We are seeking an experienced hotel chief engineer to lead property maintenance, project management, and contractor oversight. Responsibilities Perform and oversee preventive maintenance programs and repairs for equipment, guest rooms, and property infrastructure. Conduct minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building-related systems. Serve as project manager for in‑house projects, gathering proposals, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality control, managing budgets, and resolving issues. Secure and supervise outside contractors for complex equipment and building repairs, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. Preserve the property's exterior appearance, landscaping, lawn care, parking areas; maintain pool and spa per company standards and local regulations. What Success Looks Like Three or more years in hotel, building, apartment, or similar maintenance environment. High problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to implement and manage projects from inception to completion. Supervisory experience. Experience in preventative maintenance and general repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing equipment and building components.
