Primary Duties: 

Perform pre-power up inspection of electrical and electronic equipment to ensure readiness for testing.  
Conduct functional testing (up to 600VAC), inspection, and basic testing of electrical/electronic equipment.  
Perform burn-in and stress testing to verify equipment performance and reliability.  
Assist with troubleshooting AC and DC power and control circuits up to 600V.  
Help complete minor repairs on control, power, and fiber optic assemblies, including wiring, crimping, and routing.  
Set up and assist with programming electronic devices using computer-based tools.  
Complete test reports and documentation using computers and written forms.  
Use hand tools, test equipment, and controls to complete assigned tasks.  
Follow established testing procedures and work instructions.  
Work independently on routine tasks and report complex issues. 
Perform physical work including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and kneeling. 
Experience & Skills: 

Hands-on experience operating electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters and current meters. 
Ability to read, interpret, and apply electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings. 
Proficiency in electrical assembly techniques and the use of standard hand tools. 
Experience with electrical component assembly, wiring, and system integration preferred. 
Strong understanding of electronics and circuit-level troubleshooting methodologies. 
Experience with precision measurement tools and instrumentation.
