Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level 4 Neonatal ICU with day shift hours and possible floating requirements.

Details

• Level 4 Neonatal ICU unit
• Day shift schedule, 07:00-19:30
• 13-week assignment with 2 open positions
• Possible floating to Peds/PICU as needed
• Possible floating to an affiliated Carmel NICU location as needed
• Uses Sunrise Clinical Manager EHR

Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• PALS certification (AHA) required
• NRP certification (AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics) required
• NRP Advanced certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience strongly preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address

Additional Information

• Royal blue scrubs required
• Deliver specialized nursing care to neonatal ICU patients
• First-time travelers may be considered
• Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate under facility radius rule
• Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
