Bilingual Certified Medical Assistant

The MediCentral is seeking a customer service-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team of innovative leaders. Job Summary: Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time, part-time, half-time, and PRN. Compensation: Starting at $18-$20/hr. Job Description: Medical Assistants at The MediCentral collaborate with providers to deliver medical services to our community. This role involves utilizing your skills in blood draws, patient rooming, vital signs, and point-of-care testing. We are a progressive, up-to-date healthcare facility that values and cares for our staff. Responsibilities: Use high-tech equipment to assess and assist providers in patient treatment. Measure and record vital signs. Perform basic lab tests and EKGs. Prepare and administer medications and immunizations. Communicate regularly with providers regarding patient care, both verbally and through the EMR. Adhere to OSHA safety standards. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications/Education/Requirements: Current Medical Assistant Certification (Required) 2 years of experience (Preferred) EMR experience (Required) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Medistation LLC
