You will run day-to-day operations while keeping one eye on the numbers and the other on execution of service delivery, sales performance, accountability, and a steady operating rhythm for a ~30–40 person team. This role sits at the intersection of people leadership and business leadership; aligning priorities across sales/service/operations, and being the point person for ownership in Europe. To succeed, you’ll need the judgment to know when to collaborate, when to elevate, and when to say “no” with facts and calm confidence. Ideal candidates bring broad, hands‑on leadership across operations and commercial execution, are comfortable negotiating high‑value deals, and can improve cross‑border communication without creating friction.
