As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Lake Toxaway, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming community atmosphere. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to stay active while delivering great customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with the appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access to the property by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verifying authorized entry when required, and reporting suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Support community rules and property protocols by providing directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
